7-Day Checking Warranty

All products purchased from EZ Detailers come with a 7-Day Checking Warranty.

If your product is found to be:

  • Damaged during shipping
  • Defective due to a manufacturing issue
  • Incorrect item received

you may request a return or replacement within 7 days of receiving your order.


Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return or replacement:

  • The request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.
  • All original packaging, labels, and accessories must be included.
  • A valid order number or proof of purchase is required.

Items Not Eligible for Return

Returns or refunds will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • The wrong product was ordered by the customer.
  • The product has been used, opened, or damaged after delivery.
  • The request is made after the 7-day warranty period.
  • Products purchased during clearance, promotional sales, or special offers (unless received damaged or defective).
  • Normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper use.

How to Request a Return

To request a return or replacement:

  1. Contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Share your order number along with clear photos or videos showing the issue.
  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days.
  4. If approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the product.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the outcome.

If your return is approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
  • Refunds are typically completed within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


Replacement Policy

If the product is confirmed to be damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will offer a replacement at no additional cost, subject to product availability.

If the item is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered instead.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • A defective product
  • An incorrect item
  • Missing items

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos or videos so we can resolve the issue promptly.
